CNY Pride 2017 will be held on 6/17/17 at the Inner Harbor in Syracuse.
(Special announcement: We were not granted a 40ft buffer from the city this year because of a lawsuit brought by the protestor, which means that the protester that is at the festival each year will be able to be on the sidewalk surrounding the festival site. We were asked by the Syracuse Police Department to not confront the protestor, let him do what he wants to do. The police department will be there to support us and help if needed.)

CNY Pride is proud to once again bring our celebration of the LGBTQ communities to the Syracuse Inner Harbor. This shining example of revitalization, once an overgrown waste land inlet of a polluted lake bordering "Oil City" (a large collection of over 70 large oil storage tanks); it is now a beautiful park and amphitheater that can and is used for many events such as ours. After much hard work by various state, local and private organizations the lake too is now swimmable again, and well on its way to being a thriving summer hotspot.

Our festival reaches well over 4500 people every year, last year setting record attendance and we hope to break our record again this year.

We strive to make sure we have a family friendly event in which all are welcome and comfortable to show themselves for who and what they are.

We offer a variety of food, entertainment and vendors for you to enjoy!

Experience the Spirit of CNY Pride

Each year, CNY Pride brings together thousands of LGBTQIA+ individuals, allies, and families to celebrate identity, inclusion, and unity in the heart of Syracuse. From dazzling drag shows and live music to local food trucks and queer-owned small businesses, the festival is a vibrant reflection of the diversity and resilience of our community.

CNY Pride is more than just a party — it’s a powerful reminder that visibility matters, that queer joy is resistance, and that our voices deserve to be heard. Whether you’re here to dance, protest, connect, or simply be seen as your authentic self, there’s a space for you at Pride.
