Application Form - Get Involved with CNY Pride

Large outdoor spaces: Spaces are 10 foot square and you must provide your own fireproof canopy, tent, or pop-up, one 8’ table and 2 chairs will be supplied. The price for a space is $200 for for- profit and $110 for non-profits.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS AND VENDORS:
(CNY Pride reserves the right to refuse any festival application)

• The festival site will be open from 12:00 noon until 5:00 PM. Set-up can begin at 9:00 AM. There will be no cars allowed on the festival site prior to 5:00 PM, so if you plan on breaking down early, you will have to carry your items out.
• Tents and canopies, supplied by vendor/exhibitor must be fireproof.
• Tents and canopies must be secured by weights; they can NOT be staked.
• No alcoholic beverages may be carried onto or sold or distributed at the Festival site.
• Vendors/exhibitors are required to follow all New York State, Onondaga County, and City of Syracuse laws and ordinances.
• By signing below, you agree to hold harmless CNY Pride, Inc. and the CNY Pride Planning Committee and all parties involved in planning and producing this event.
• Before leaving the Festival site, vendors/exhibitors are asked to remove any unused literature, and clean the area around their space. If CNY Pride has to throw away your trash, you will be assessed a clean-up fee of $250.

**** If you need electricity you must check the box on this application and fill out the City’s form for electrical needs for the city. We can provide this form for you, you must send it to the city’s Park and Recreation Department. If you fail to check the box for electrical needs and pay the $70 fee you will not be able to request power the day of the event.
